NEW YORK CITY Junior Joe Shinn (New Rochelle) set a school record in the 60-meter hurdles to help Cortland finish third out of 18 schools at the Ramapo College Indoor Select men's track and field meet. The competition was held at the New Balance Track & Field Center at the Armory in Manhattan.
